Field Nurses are responsible for completing all patient care duties according to the established plan of care, which includes reevaluating and adjusting care as necessary. They must also work scheduled shifts and complete all required clinical nurse notes.
Candidates must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Prior experience working in a home care agency is mandatory, along with strong clinical, communication, and documentation abilities.
