Schedule

Part-Time

This is a traveling position around Salem, OR.

• An EPDH in a community outreach position working with a Medicaid population is a primary care provider.
• They are able to work independently in multiple community locations, using a high level of decision making skills to complete all hygiene services, intra-oral photos, x-rays, an assessment, and preventive treatment.
• Using state of the art tele-health technology to communicate and collaborate with the dentist.
