The Radiation Therapist will administer prescribed radiation treatments and be responsible for building treatment calendars and performing daily quality assurance checks. Duties also include managing daily morning warm-ups and accurately entering charges and patient documentation into the EPIC electronic medical records system.
Candidates must possess an Iowa Radiation Therapy License and an ARRT license, and maintain BLS certification. The successful applicant should demonstrate compassion for all Cancer Center patients and exhibit strong multitasking abilities coupled with a great work ethic.
Greater Regional has an opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to work 32 hours per week in our Cancer Center. The Radiation Therapist will administer radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians, build treatment calendars, perform daily QA treatments, daily morning warm ups, and enter charges and patient documentation into our electronic medical records system (EPIC). The successful candidate will show compassion to all Cancer Center patients and be a multitasker with a great work ethic!
