The technician will be responsible for running laboratory tests across all areas, including hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and urinalysis. Additional duties involve administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scanning documents.
Candidates must possess MT or MLT registration or equivalent qualifications, along with the required MLS/MT (ASCP) registry. A Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology or a related field is required for MTs, or an associate degree for MLTs, plus completion of a 3-month clinical laboratory internship.
