The assistant will support the dentist chair-side during clinical procedures, manage charting accuracy, and provide thorough dental education to patients. Key duties also involve taking diagnostic radiographs and strictly adhering to the Dental Infection Control Program, including instrument sterilization.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with obtaining State of Michigan Radiology Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of employment. Candidates need knowledge of dental terminology, chair-side techniques, and insurance processes, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Two (2) years of dental assisting experience is preferred. 3.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
