The Speech Language Pathologist will direct and supervise the Communication Disorders Service Department, providing evaluations and therapy as ordered by the referring physician. This role involves planning and carrying out therapy programs, establishing patient goals, and conducting periodic re-evaluations.
Candidates must possess a master’s degree from an approved curriculum in Speech Pathology or its equivalent, along with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Additionally, licensure in the state(s) of work is mandatory.
