The Life Enrichment Specialist is responsible for completing required documentation and assessments, coordinating monthly life enrichment calendars, and developing, organizing, and implementing therapeutic programs tailored to individual needs and interests. They also assist residents to programs, supervise volunteers, and maintain clean leisure areas.
Essential qualifications include understanding the need for varied leisure programs based on health and interest, demonstrating knowledge of programming techniques, and adhering to regulations and policies. Candidates must relate well to the elderly, work collaboratively, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
