The primary duties involve monitoring and operating fax systems, importing direct emails, and accurately filing incoming hospital documents. Additionally, the role requires answering phone calls related to record and clinical requests and managing patient thank you letters.
Candidates must possess great attention to detail, effective communication skills for interacting with patients and staff, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. The position also requires strong organizational skills, independence, self-discipline, and a proven positive teamwork attitude.
