The primary role involves helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own homes by providing compassionate and reliable care. Caregivers are expected to build meaningful relationships with clients while fulfilling their daily care needs.
Applicants must possess a CNA or HHA certification, at least one year of relevant experience, and must be fluent in English. Required qualifications also include passing screenings for TB and criminal background checks, having a driver's license, vehicle, and insurance, and being willing to drive up to 25 miles for shifts.
