The Registered Nurse will complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs, assess conditions, chart observations, and administer prescribed medications. Responsibilities also include educating patients and families, providing effective communication, and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs).
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing, and hold a current state license as an RN along with current CPR certification. Essential qualifications include a compassionate and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, a current driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
