The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide therapy services in a consistent location, focusing on patient-centered care across diverse caseloads including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care settings. The role involves working within an in-house therapy team with supportive leadership and reasonable productivity expectations.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold an active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri or be eligible for licensure. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care are essential, though SNF experience is a plus and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
