The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries, ensuring optimum patient care delivery through wound care nursing procedures. This role also involves providing education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinating care with other health professionals, including some on-call duties.
Candidates must be a team player and possess a Wound Care Certified Nurse credential along with a Tennessee LPN or RN License. The position is full-time and requires dedication to providing a full range of extended care services to geriatric patients.
