• How you’ll make an impact in this role The Nurse Residency program is specifically designed for new Graduates and RNs with less than six months of experience in the Acute Care setting.
• Lead the coordination of care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-rounded healing experience.
• Advocate for patient safety through continuous monitoring and clear communication of clinical changes, ensuring the right interventions happen at the right time.
• Empower patients and families by translating complex medical procedures into clear, understandable guidance, preparing them with the confidence to manage their health at home.
