This role involves supporting the physical and emotional well-being of residents while fostering an environment of compassion and safety.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to care for cognitively impaired residents. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and long-term care regulations is also required.

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s personalized service plan and behavior plan. Your role is to ensure that the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety. You will work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.
