include completing required record keeping for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, and coordinating daily with nursing staff to ensure the resident's total regimen of care is maintained. The role also involves preparing and administering medications, reviewing care plans, and providing leadership to nursing personnel during unit rounds.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college and hold a current, unencumbered, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state, along with active CPR/BLS Certification. Required knowledge includes nursing and medical practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nursing care facilities.
