The Part-Time Minimum Data Set Assistant (MDS Asst-LVN/LPN) will assist in conducting, coordinating, completing, and transmitting resident assessments according to state requirements and facility policies. Key duties involve ensuring the MDS process is effective to support resident care and maintain compliance with necessary regulations.
Candidates must possess 1-3 years of MDS experience, a nursing degree from an accredited college, and a current, unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the state. Essential knowledge includes clinical standards, regulations, and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation.
