As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will provide restorative nursing services aimed at helping residents restore, improve, or maintain bodily functions to the highest degree practicable. This work must be performed in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, under the direction of supervisors.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed a certified Restorative Aide training course along with an unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification for the state. Thorough proficiency in using various Adaptive Equipment is also mandatory.
