The Speech Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized therapy programs to improve residents' speech, language, and swallowing abilities. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate families on strategies to support patient progress.
Candidates must hold a valid state Speech Therapist license and possess strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or home health setting is preferred.

As a Speech Therapist, you will provide skilled speech therapy services by assessing, plannning, and implementing individualized therapy programs to help improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities. You’ll work with residents and patients to restore their communication skills and assist with eating and swallowing difficulties, all while providing compassionate, personalized care.
