The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will prioritize resident service, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to residents and their families under the direction of a registered nurse. Key duties include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily observations, administering medication, and monitoring unlicensed staff.
Applicants must possess a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency or a willingness to learn. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, direct resident care, or behavioral/memory care is considered a plus.
