The clinician will provide therapeutic services to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health diagnoses, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities also involve assisting in the development and monitoring of behavior support plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help clients achieve their goals.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, along with an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCSW license, and at least one year of professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Essential abilities include working autonomously, remaining calm under pressure, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard office software.
