Provide individualized assistance, mentoring, and coaching to waiver participants to maximize their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, community integration, and maintaining detailed progress documentation.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
$18.81/ hourly.
