The Sonographer will perform required sonographic procedures, travel to assigned clinic sites, and meticulously review patient charts and medical history to create documentation assisting the physician. They will evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out anomalies and provide visual guidance during procedures like amniocentesis.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited program and hold RDMS certification with an OB/GYN specialty, requiring at least one year of relevant sonography experience. Essential qualifications include knowledge of human anatomy, medical terminology, applied ultrasound physics, HIPAA compliance, and strong interpersonal skills.
