The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct therapy services to patients according to the Occupational Therapist's plan of care, which includes monitoring and documenting patient progress. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with team members on discharge plans and contributing to case management while maintaining positive interactions.
The role requires assisting in providing skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist across all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities. Candidates must adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
