Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and have completed accredited training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, along with Georgia medical licensure eligibility, are mandatory.
Perform electrophysiology consultations and procedures, including pacemaker and ICD implantation, SVT/VT/VF ablations, and atrial fibrillation ablations. Collaborate with cardiology and cardiovascular surgery colleagues to ensure optimal patient care. Interpret and manage device interrogations and remote monitoring data. Participate in shared call responsibilities. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development. Provide education and support to medical staff and allied health professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EPIC).
MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology training programs. Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Georgia.
