Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a valid driver's license with a good Motor Vehicle Record. A requirement includes successful completion of post-secondary coursework in business practices, administration, or insurance billing, or at least one year of work experience in a medical administrative role covering billing and verification.
