This role operates, maintains, and supports staffing and scheduling systems by collecting and organizing data, evaluating reports for completeness, and ensuring master file integrity. Key duties involve monitoring daily staffing information, updating schedules according to contracts and policies, and communicating with unit leadership to assess staffing needs for upcoming shifts.
The minimum qualification requires a High School Diploma or GED, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills, specifically including scheduling software. Physical demands involve lifting and carrying 7 lbs, continuous sitting, frequent keyboard use, and fine motor activity.
