This role also involves monitoring residents' health and promptly reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and family members.
Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others, possessing strong communication and teamwork abilities. A key requirement is the successful completion of the Medication Manager course within six months of hiring.
