The Direct Support Professional will empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily activities, employment support, and social engagement in residential group homes. This role involves supporting individuals in gaining skills for greater independence and requires the ability to transport residents in a company vehicle.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols. Required attributes include dependability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, with entry-level candidates receiving on-the-job training.

Position Details: Full Time (40 hours)
Wednesday 4: 00PM-Saturday 8:00 AM
Monday 8am-10pm, Tuesday 6am-10pm, Wednesday 6am-4pm
You are required to stay on site for the duration of your shift & clock out to sleep each night for 8 hours.

$15.00/hour
You'll help the residents of the home with daily activities, employment support, and social engagement. You'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in gaining skills for greater independence at our group home and in the community; the ability to transport residents in a company vehicle is an essential job function. This position ensures high-quality, person-centered support.
