The APRN or Physician Assistant will provide nursing and medical services, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases for individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients for a busy consulting hepatology service, managing both transplant and non-transplant hepatology patients, and working autonomously or collaboratively.
Candidates must possess current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, and APRNs require Adult Gerontology Acute Care or Acute Care board certification. Experience in GI or hepatology is preferred for this role.
Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida. Adult Gerontology Acute Care or Acute Care board certification required for APRNs. GI or hepatology experience preferred.
