The Nursing Assistant provides routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with facility procedures and clinical supervisor direction. They are responsible for monitoring resident conditions, performing delegated tasks, and documenting care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be high school graduates and have completed a state-approved nursing assistant course or be currently enrolled. The role requires the ability to perform essential physical functions, work as part of a team, and utilize electronic devices for documentation.

The Gulf Coast Village Campus is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
Schedule: Full-Time, nights (7 PM – 7 AM), 72 hrs/ppp, Every Other Weekend Required
$16.75 - $18.05 per hour - based on experience and $2.00 additional for the shift differential
The primary role of the Nursing Assistant is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as directed by clinical supervisors. The Nursing Assistant reports any observed changes in resident condition as they occur. Performs routine resident care duties and tasks delegated by the registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or licensed therapist to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents. Provides services in a manner compliant with all state and federal regulations as well as with any applicable facility policies and procedures.
