The psychologist will evaluate patient functioning to develop intervention plans, performing diagnostic interviews, assessments, and generating diagnoses for individuals with childhood-onset medical conditions. They will implement appropriate interventions, provide psychotherapy, conduct pre-operative assessments, and collaborate extensively with the multidisciplinary care team.
Required qualifications include a PhD or PsyD in Psychology and current licensure through the Minnesota Board of Psychology, or eligibility to obtain it within 90 days of hire. Candidates must also have documented completion of an APA-accredited internship and current CPR certification.
Gillette is hiring a Licensed Psychologist to work with adolescent and adult patients at our Phalen Gillette Adult Clinic in St. Paul, MN. This role primarily supports patients ages 22 and older, with shared responsibility for patients ages 16–22 based on referral volume, clinical needs, and team capacity. The annual salary range for this opportunity is $101,400/annually to $152,068/annually, with a median salary of $126,734/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees. May also be asked to complete administrative tasks, such as triaging referrals or consults, serving as a team member’s proxy in the EHR, onboarding new employees, responding to departmental phone calls or faxes, or working on efforts toward process or practice improvement. Additionally, if the discipline has a practicum student, intern, or fellow, the employee may be asked to help oversee, supervise, or otherwise contribute toward that individual’s work.
