The Medication Technician assists in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment for residents while exercising independent judgment in performing personnel tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining daily resident records, accurately accounting for all medications including controlled substances, and assisting with medication cart audits.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of six months of experience in a similar role. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is also required.
