The LPN provides direct patient care, including dispensing medication and changing wounds, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while following the physician's plan of treatment. This role involves timely reporting of patient changes to staff and accurately completing all required nursing documentation to meet regulatory standards.
Candidates must have completed an accredited School of Nursing and be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Essential qualifications also include current BLS certification and IV certification (or ability to obtain within six months), along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The LPN performs direct resident/patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The incumbent performs nursing assessments, follows the plan of care in accordance with physician's plan of treatment; provides nursing services in accordance with current nursing practice; and evaluates resident’s/patient's response to treatment. Supportive of the Village’s mission, values, and service/hospitality (PRIDE) expectations. Completes training as required by policy.
