The specialist will primarily conduct Medicare Wellness visits under physician supervision, which includes scheduling follow-ups, processing referrals and authorizations, and accurately documenting all actions in the patient's chart. Additional duties involve standard clinical tasks like rooming patients, recording vitals, administering medications, performing CLIA-waived testing, and assisting with in-office procedures.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, along with active CMA certification or LPN licensure in Idaho. A minimum of one year of experience as a CMA or LPN is required, along with demonstrated skills in English communication and knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions.
