The Caregiver will assist residents with daily activities, simple treatments, and managing emotional or behavioral issues as outlined in their service plans. This role also involves observing residents and reporting needs or successful approaches to supervisors like the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Candidates must also maintain any required state or provincial certifications and meet all relevant health-related requirements.
