The Dental Assistant will be responsible for creating a comfortable patient experience, assisting with various general and specialty dental procedures, and ensuring operatories are prepared and sterilized according to OSHA standards. Key duties also include capturing digital X-rays, supporting the doctor during procedures, educating patients, and maintaining accurate charting in Eaglesoft/Dentrix.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous dental office experience, with completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program being preferred. Preferred qualifications include holding DANB CDA, ICE, RHS certifications, current CPR certification, and experience with dental software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
