The Physical Therapist is responsible for implementing skilled physical therapy services, which includes evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, and creating discharge plans for patients in all therapy settings. This role also involves supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and contributing to case management while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff.
