The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities based on patient needs and functional goals. This role also involves reviewing patient information, communicating the treatment process, revising plans as needed, and instructing patients/families on post-discharge exercises.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy and hold the required state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing, or have the ability to obtain them. Essential requirements include CPR/AED/BLS certification, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working independently or in a team.
