The Occupational Therapist will implement skilled occupational therapy services for patients across all American Senior Communities (ASC) Therapies & Wellness settings, adhering to professional principles and policies. Key duties include evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Candidates must be able to evaluate patients, develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, and contribute to case management while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff. Adherence to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy is mandatory.
