The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities, while also reviewing patient information and communicating the treatment process. This role involves revising treatment plans as needed and establishing continuation exercises for patients and/or their caregivers following discharge.
Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapist license specific to the State of Indiana and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship is also a mandatory requirement for this position.
