The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct care and supervision to residents, observing and reporting their conditions as part of the Individual Service Plan Team. Key duties include monitoring vital signs, administering medication under supervision, and completing detailed end-of-shift reports for oncoming staff and management.
Candidates must possess a High School education or equivalent along with a California Home Health Aid or Nursing Attendant Certification, and must pass a criminal background check. Preferred qualifications include being bilingual in English/Spanish and holding BCLS and Red Cross Certifications.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
