The Float Licensed Practical Nurse will provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units across multiple facilities. This role involves planning, overseeing, and taking accountability for resident care to make a daily difference in the lives of seniors.
Applicants must possess an active Indiana LPN license and demonstrate commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values, which include Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. A willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the home address is also required.
