The Intake Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring referrals, managing office tasks, and ensuring compliance with performance specifications. They also participate in marketing efforts and assist in scheduling presentations to generate referrals.
Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of clerical experience and bilingual skills in Spanish-English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required.

Employees in this role are considered support staff for office management needs. This includes secretarial duties and clerical responsibilities. Employees are also responsible for the tracking and monitoring of all CBHI/ CSA referrals and performing other Manage Care Entities process and procedures. This includes assuring performance specifications are followed, marketing of program, analyzing data, and reporting on referrals, waitlist, and discharges.
