• Administrative Responsibilities/ Record Keeping
• Data Entry
• Reporting on monthly numbers (i.e. number of referrals, number of opening/ closings, etc.)
• Management of closed charts/ storage
• Receptionist and other clerical duties

• Ability to structure and Organize job responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Bilingual: (Spanish/English & Nepali/English)

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
• At least 2 years of clerical experience
• Bilingual skills in Spanish-English required
• Microsoft Office proficient (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, as required
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work pressure, heavy workloads and deadlines
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Must be team oriented
• To provide supervision as indicated of the consumer’s prescribed medications and record this in his/her progress notes.
• To adhere to program and agency policies and procedures.
• To attend all staff meetings and all trainings as required by the funding source and/or the Agency.
• Represents Agency in a professional manner.
