Requires a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with one year of relevant experience, or three years in human services with one year working with DD clients. Prior case management experience in Oregon is preferred.

Position: Service Coordinator
Department: Intellectual Development Disabilities (I/DD)
$60,944.00 to $78,145.60 (Annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s and one-year relevant experience or three years in human services with one year experience working with DD clients required. Prior case management experience in Oregon preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
This position provides case management services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
