The Respiratory Therapist will assess patient respiratory and emotional needs, adjusting care regimens based on patient capabilities and physician consultation to ensure effective treatment. Responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers, reporting adverse effects from therapies, and maintaining professional development.
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA accredited two-year Respiratory Care Practitioner program or equivalent, preferably with two years of postgraduate acute care experience. Required credentials include NBRC CRT/RRT eligibility or RRT, Washington State licensure, and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.

As the Respiratory Care Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized respiratory assessment and care commensurate with training, experience, and competence to patients with respiratory disorders. Respiratory Care Therapists recommend treatment plans and implement care as directed by the patient's attending physician and hospital protocol. Respiratory Care Therapists may be assigned other tasks for which they have special training and/or background experience, in order to maximize team efficiency and economy.
30am, two 12-hour shifts a week with rotating weekends and holidays.
Up to $7,500 sign on bonus, subject to two-year Hospital Sign on Advance Agreement. (External candidates only.)
