As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work as part of a dedicated team focused on patient- and family-centered care and community engagement.
Candidates must have the appropriate education and licensure as either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Active DEA license and eligibility for state licensure in Wisconsin are also required.
00 am - 5:00 pm with one weekend day call rotation a month. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
Education: Minimum –
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications: Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
