As an Adult Functional Provider, you will develop and manage a patient-focused functional medicine practice while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. You will also provide feedback for improving patient flow and participate in company events.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting and must be a Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in Idaho. Knowledge of functional medicine principles and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.

Annual CME stipend Dedicated Peer Review & Development Role and Responsibilities As a Adult Functional Provider, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, value-based care, focusing on personalized patient care and a functional medicine approach. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building a Practice: Develop and manage a patient-focused functional medicine practice, including internal and external referral networks. Collaborative Care: Work closely with team members of other specialties to ensure an optimized patient care experience. Feedback and Innovation: Provide feedback to the Medical Director and Practice Administrator regarding ways to improve patient flow, care, EMR documentation, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic options. Company Event Involvement: Participate in company hosted events and efforts to build provider patient panels and culture initiatives. Qualifications and/or Work Experience Requirements Professional: 5+ years of experience, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting. Experience applying medicine within practice. Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. Prescriptive authority in Idaho or eligible to obtain licensure. Licensed or eligible for prescriptive licensure in Idaho.
Experience applying Functional Medicine within practice. Certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) Preferred Additional training in functional medicine will be considered. Preferred Skills Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities with patients, team members, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. High emotional intelligence, with a passion for health, wellness, and functional medicine. Confident public speaker, self-directed, organized, and a critical thinker committed to continuous learning. Proficient in EMR systems and general computer literacy. Functional Medicine experience and familiarity.
