• Our Work Environment Includes: Professional Growth Opportunities Employee Recognition Program Social Events Available Shifts: FT/CNA – (2p-10:15p) PT/CNA- (4p-8p)-Bath Aide Our CNA Care Partners will: Provide a variety of services under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support resident's quality of life.
• Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team to develop and implement patient care plans Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest.
• We require our CNA Care Partners to: Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (75-hour training program) Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
