• Occupational Therapist – Adult Home Health | Colorado Springs, CO

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll support patients in regaining independence and achieving functional goals through skilled, evidence-based care. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 (paid at 90 days of full-time employment) Full-Time Availability: 25+ visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado Proven experience in home health or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support your overall health and well-being.
