Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Manager Patient Care, or Administrative Supervisor. Carries out routine patient care assignments on assigned shift; works and performs in controlled patient care situations and performs established nursing care procedures for individuals or groups of patients as delegated by Supervisory Personnel.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

One year patient care experience within the past 3 years. (All experience noted must be as an
LPN)
Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan. BLS (AHA) Certified and Maintain Certification OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
